RETURNS

Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the purchase. If you wish to make a return please email us at info@avra.life stating the reason.

Online purchases must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging and with all tags and labels attached.

Returning the item will be the purchasers responsibility so please ensure to return in such a way that the original packaging will remain undamaged. Unless the mistake is on our side, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your online purchases. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When shipping an item you should consider using a trackable courier service or taking shipping insurance. 

Once the return is received and inspected we will send you an email notifying you so.  If your return is approved we will automatically refund the cost of the item using the original method of payment within 3-5 working days.

AVRA is based in London, UK so depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanges item to reach you may vary.
